Lake Mead, the United States largest water reservoir, is predicted to drop another 12 feet by September 2022

According to the US Bureau of Reclamation, by September 2023, Lake Mead could be another 26 feet lower (just 19% of its full capacity) which would result in the Southwest’s most severe water restrictions.

The worsening drought has increased agricultural demands for increased water which has in contributed to declining water reservoir. Water conservation and reuse is now critical. Ozone water treatment solutions for food production and processing offer multiple cost-effective opportunities for water conservation and non-potable reuse water.
