Aclarus provides on-site support and supervision for system start-up and commissioning as part of our client relationships. This includes system operation, integration with site controls, process priming and system start-up, verification and calibration testing with training for required personnel and more.
✓ OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
Aclarus is one of the most experienced ozone companies in North America and our highly trained technicians provide professional, efficient service on our systems for all industries.Our certified technicians provide professional service for a range of ozone and related water treatment equipment, including AirSep OxygenGenerators.
ACLARUS OZONE SYSTEMS AND GENERATORS
We proudly support and service Aclarus Ozone system equipment either directly with our clients or through our partner network.
OTHER OZONE EQUIPMENT (NON-GENERATORS)
Aclarus provides service, checks and calibration on other ozone system components, except for other companies ozone generators. We often provide upgrades and replacements for most components (e.g. tanks, venturi, monitors, oxygen generators etc…). We also offer full or partial system replacement to maximize your original investment.
AIRSEP OXYGEN GENERATORS
Aclarus is an authorized and fully-trained service rep for AirSep (Caire Inc.) oxygen generators of all sizes. We offer service, part support and replacement or upgrades when required.
REMOTE MONITORING
Our system control panels include intelligent automation that monitors and operates the system in real-time. This monitoring can be maintained by Aclarus instead of on-site.
✓ PREVENTATIVE & RESPONSIVE
Aclarus understand the importance and critical nature of water treatment for people and industry. To minimize or avoid downtime, Aclarus offers client specific, scheduled Preventative Maintenance contracts as well as responsive services.
Inspection of oxygen system for leaks; verify proper feed air requirements; clean or replace filter.
Verify oxygen generator purity and operational pressures; Confirm run hours;
Confirm ozone generator performance via software and fine tune as required
Verify ozone generator operation, confirm ozone output and operating pressure within optimal range.
Inspection of ozone system for leaks, pressure, valve functionally; Replace feed gas filter as required.
Inspection of injection system, tubing, tank, fittings, pump and electrical verification
Service Mazzei injectors, verify corresponding suction
Verify all Faults and Warnings within the system and review error log
Inspection of the ozone destruct system, verifying destruct media is still operational
Verify filter performance, service or rebuild of automatic backwash filter heads
Inspect Control Panel (e.g. PLC/HMI, fuses, relays etc.)
Validate analytical equipment function and calibration if required (e.g. ORP, DO, pH)
Validate ambient ozone monitoring function and calibration if required; verify system interlocks
Water sampling for accredited lab analysis available upon request
